• Securing your date/ time

  To book your session date and time, a %50 non-refundable deposit is required and the session agreement will need to be signed. The remainder of the balance is due before images are released.

• Rescheduling

  Free session rescheduling is available due to rain or anything related to Covid-19 (symptoms, closures, exposure to someone sick, etc.). The deposit will be forfeited if the session is canceled within 10 days of the shoot.

• Location

  Oftentimes, the most interesting locations are the ones that help tell the story of what you do. If you make things, maybe your studio, if you’re a realtor, maybe one of your neat-looking listings, if you’re a personal trainer maybe a track or gym. Even normal offices can make great backdrops for environmental portraits.

  For many people, the best location will be a public area in the city or out in nature. Take a look at some of those location ideas here and learn about the hourly version of Airbnb (perfect for shoots).

• Image Selection

  Within 24 hours of the session, you’ll receive an online gallery of unedited photos to chose from for retouching. Unedited photos are not released and have watermarks on the online gallery.

• Photo Delivery

  Within 4 days of the image selection, you’ll receive the final edits. Rush processing (24hrs) is usually available for a fee on request.

• Outfit Changes

  Outfit changes aren’t restricted but keeping them to a minimum will allow for more shooting time. Adding and removing layers from base outfits can often create a new look.
